Was DFM's win over T1 really just a one-off strategic win?? They lost to BLD last week, who was considered the worst team in the Pacific, and their play today showed little improvement, and on Sunset they seemed to have completely forgotten how to play.
Jremy is one of the most underrated duelist in the world. Good with both Jett and Raze.
That Sunset comp, and executes by Team Secret is just chef's kiss.
I didn't have high expectations from DFM, but I was still disappointed.
I think that's already been proven. Their win against T1 was clearly a one-off win that worked well, one of those easy to counter one-off strategies that could even be called a fluke win. Although they lost to GENG, they fought relatively well. However, their strategy, momentum and confidence completely collapsed in the match against BLD, and they fell into the same negative cycle as last year. They certainly played good defense in the Breeze, but that's not enough. On Lotus, just played so badly overall that I don't understand why DFM chose the map pick they did. Sunset?? It's too bad to say.
DFM's final opponent is GE. I thought DFM would win easily before, but considering DFM's current mess and GE's gradual improvement with each game…, DFM may become the worst team in the Pacific again.
I won't say much about Team Secret. It's great that they've been doing well this season. NDG was said to be unstable at the beginning of the league, but now he has really blended into the team and has definitely brought great possibilities and ideas to the team.
DFM lacks firepower thats all, i mean menu is very good, but like Medusa or sseeS lacks some aim, but they are good when it comes to strats or at the least they improved
I swear jremy's playstyle is similar to zekken. It's not just because they have similar agent but it's also because of discipline and game sense

@@phi9171 It's a fair take to be honest. Secret have literally fumbled the last 2 qualification events they've played. They nearly got to champs but lost to Zeta in LCQ, they fumbled the kick-off event against GenG (Where they could have literally won 2-0 had they just closed out Lotus, where they had a 9 round advantage.) They're a good team, really. At their best, they're probably world beaters, but whether or not they can play AT THEIR BEST consistently is the question.
@@solaris218fun fact the lose streak of team secret always start with gen g even though last year gen g was 1st seed at the early stage and bottom half at the latter stage of pacific
so if I got this right then they are the curse if gen g and ts is in the same bracket they don’t go to shanghai and if they don’t meet till finals ts go to shanghai haha I remember before stage 1 they lost to gen g and failed to qualify madrid

It's really hard to be a fan of a Japanese team... I have no grudge against them, but considering that the best teams in Japan right now are ZETA and DFM, I don't think they have a good future... I feel like they are clearly one level lower than other teams in Asia. I think Dep and Meiy are really great duelists, but It seems like they are lacking a lot of capable players to play supporting roles, and I think that's the reason they can't win.
nah if you look at the rankings in VLR the top ranking team in japan isn't part of franchised team so basically they have to wait for franchising again to change this fraud tier 1 orgs lmao

TS was PRX rival long time ago before DRX. The problem is they are not consistent but if they can fix that problem i think they can be a top tier team
Really disappointed with DFM, they may end up as a last place team again along with GE and BLD.

@@x0Fang0x I mean their round diff is suprisingly good for a record of 1-4, most of their matches they were so close to actually winning but fail to do so, in comparison with dfm t1 are actually are better in terms of round difference

FYI Team Secret is also one of the team that got 13-0'ed. I think it happened way back champions 2021 when they were playing against Gambit in Breeze(Map 2). Anyways they still put a good match since TS took map 1 that time which is Icebox, so overall it was 2-1.

Nah emea is just a 2/3 team region while the americas and pacific has more than 3 international worthy teams
