Now this spreader you showed might have a chance if the price is right. I watch my neighbor buy a small load of it and took the rest of the day spreading it her self. Where do you rent a machine like this and is it cost-effective?

The new construction sites allow us to ditch the wheelbarrow and use track skid steers for the entire procedure. We recruit concrete finishers for our flat work. So essentially labor demand is low and productivity is high on pretty profitable jobs. Kinda simular to your ideology.
