Dude, whatever keeps people active, off their sofas and in the gym is a great idea, whatever name you call it. People still do cross-fit which is also potentially dangerous...does thst stop the masses attending cross fit boxes?

this won't hurt your joints no more then jump squats and lunges explosive push ups and anything else in high intensity catergory...except this actually looks fun
I get what you are saying. All I want to see is that people are safe doing the exercise. It is very good to see people being active instead of being sedentary. I'm not a hater I am always about the safety of the people. I take care of my people,I make sure they are performing correctly and I watch over them like a mother hen.
