I think if Hui Jee changed her mind and gave SeonHo a change he will go for it but he will never ignore Yeon. Yeon is part of his life to the point that he's willing to give his own life to protect her and her brother. After Yeon's dead he realized how empty his life was. I think he loves her in his own way
