Quality of the Loewe Puzzle is superb. I've used mine a lot. Mine had a few stains and water marks. I tried to clean my bag with a leather conditioner. I poured small drops into the leather though, so it left with more water marks. I kinda panicked. I wiped it with soft cloth but stain marks wont go away. So I just put my bag back in the cabinet. Then after 10 mins I tried to check on my bag again and voila, all the stains were gone. Perhaps airing it helped as well. Thats why I can say that the quality is superb based on experience.😊
