Xikers has a "Do or Die" dance practice behind, and I believe that was the first time we truly got a full on glance at how KQ manages (at least now) the dance aspect of the comebacks: bbtrippin makes the choreo, then they teach the artists the choreo for 1 or 2 days, and then the group is in charge of making it their own, cleaning the details, adding certain movements and gestures, advising each other, managing their practice schedules, etc. It's super interesting! 💕
What an exciting reaction! Thank you so much for watching this entire video, it's always so interesting to hear what you have to say. According to Ateez it is Yunho who leads all their practices. All of Ateez say he is their dance teacher because he picks up the choreo the fastest and executes it the cleanest. So it was really nice to actually see him in action (he is a very unserious person, so him being so serious is a fun change ahahah). I am so glad for your extra input on that too! This was the first time that we Atiny got to see a behind the scenes of them learning the choreo since debut. They never upload one, so this was so refreshing for us and I hope we get more of those in the future. So it's hard to say how their approach has changed over the years! Also, during that time Jongho was absent due to a knee injury he had to get surgery for. He said in an interview he only learnt the choreo 2 weeks before the comeback. So, as you pointed out correctly, he is the member missing for all the pracitses in this video. It's also interesting, because the formation they practise here is different from the final performance as Mingi was filling in a lot of spots for Jongho to keep the image balanced (third chorus moonwalk specifically) Thank you so much for your insight. I really enjoy your videos! ^-^
Very glad they started doing these as well! The overlap regardless of where in the industry you are is pretty cool to see honestly! Thank you always for taking the time to watch and comment! Always means a lot!
Yunho and Hongjoong leading the dance practice was cool to watch. Their choreos have a lot of details, it’s something they have talked about a lot in the past.
Thank you for this video!! It was super interesting to hear a view point of a professional!! I think they have always been this detailed since they have talked about it before but only just released a video of the behind because this album was very experimental in the songs genre, choreography, all of them taking part in writing and some producing but i hope we get to see more because they have always been doing this kind of stuff that we dont get to see. Also they talked a lot about yunho taking charge during the learning of choreos and im so glad we got to finally see it since the last time we saw was in 2018 when he did the choreo for the GROWL cover. Lastly, I don’t remember when but i think they said they do like a clean synchronized choreo but they also prioritize each member putting their own little twist to steps and such which i LOVE because they are not robots and it allows them to enjoy more freely and that definitely translates through the screen
It was nice to see their format here because it showcased the tedious part of learning and drilling content. It's not glamorous and I think it's important for people to see! It helps you value their hard work even more which I also love!
I really enjoyed this video! I know you have reviewed Ateez’s cover of Growl. We got to see them learning the choreography and making up their own for the second verse in Code Name Is Ateez Ep 1 starting in part 2 if you want to check that out. That show also has them learning Pirate King chorus choreo and had to make up the rest in this show. Them getting the song is in ep 5 parts 1/4-2/4 and then the choreography starts in ep 5 part 2/4 and continues in 3/4 and again in ep 6 in the first half of part 1/4 and then again in 3/4. Part 4/4 has then recording Pirate King and then then performing it with their choreo is in ep 7 parts 1/4-2/4. I hope you enjoy!
