yes and it won't be available until iOS 18.1 because that animation is for apple intelligence

It comes with iOS 18.1. You can upgrade to the Beta now if you want from the software upgrade page

Well everything works out for as in EU but we don’t get the AI
In the EU too, we will get the AI but it will take time for approval, so next year at some point.
AI for the iphone 15 pro and up should be coming in October. They’re still in the works with it so let’s hope
