Well, after he saw his own death and knows that the infinity stones are sooo useless in TVA that they literally use them as paper weight, I think that was the turning point of his life in Loki series.

Honestly, scenes like this make me think what Quantumania would be like if Kang the Conqueror wasn't the primary antagonist? Like if he was more like Thanos, an overarching villain that doesn't appear in the movie until the mid-credits scene, while his subordinates acted as the immediate obstacle for the main cast to deal with, which lets them slowly learn a bit more about the true enemy behind the shadows
ya like modak as the main n have him defected just to find out someone named kang is behind it then they do research but wasps mom prevents it until further. kang is meant for avengers movies type stuff not antman especially when he got easily tricked into helping him

After the Dr Doom announcement, we're about to have some Avengers agree with destroying the multiverse by speeding up incursions and pruning the timelines

Maybe someone like the Beyonder is manipulating Kang from the shadows. That could help set up Secret Wars down the line.
yeah I have a feeling Kang is just the Loki of the multiverse saga. Eventually we'll see the real villain. Hopefully, they tease him like thanos.
