I absolutely love this game. Reason why I post these is because I want to come back and remember them for myself years from now. Its funny how it all started with this. I just remastered some of my favorite tracks from the original soundtrack. Then I started to grow a fan base and before I knew it the tracks had over 200 downloads. I see the project play out like this remaster, it started out slower and simple but once it picked up speed from the support of the community it really took off.
This song represents the whole GS community as ONE. You, me, your best buddy back then who played several hours to beat the last boss.
In this song, our hopes lies in it - for the sun to rise and shine again - a fourth time!!!!!!!

The Golden Sun saga had such an influence of my childhood, I greatly enjoyed those games. This is one of my favorite songs of that soundtrack
Yes. This song in all it's forms still gives me extreme frisson. Even as a child, just experiencing this moment in gaming was fucking breathtaking.
Can't wait to see the series come on to the Switch, to introduce a lost legend to a new generation of people.
The games are on switch to Nintendo online members (maybe only those with expansion passes?) via virtual console. So you did kind of get your wish!
Not that I am saying that the opening part isn't worth listening to, but the song goes into high gear at 2:07. The only reason I am posting that is so I can make the section that comes after those 2 initial minutes last for 2 hours.

I had a really cheap mp3 player/voice recorder with a USB attachment on it (that cheap) and I recorded my favorite GBA songs on it to listen to (such a 2000s thing to do) - I remember asking everyone to be quieter downstairs so I could get a good track. Golden Sun and also Sword of Mana were just dang good, yo - it's like my heart is hidden in those soundtracks.
At last! I have it! Eternal life...AND LIMITLESS POWEEEEERRRRR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Personal favorite game of all time. The music is a big part of that. Every track reflects the setting perfectly. This track sums up the whole quest and story through music. This kicks ass and sounds great
