Before watching this video my dream was to retire early , buy a farm and become a farmer. Lesson I’ve learnt from watching this video ...is to stop chasing more wealth when I reach my 50’s . I will just enjoy the rest of my life doing the things I love and spend time with my family. Leaving the corporate world and a stressful life to embark into a different kind of stress when I have passed my prime is a huge mistake in my opinion. Back to my drawing board 🤔

Ma'am Tess suggestions ko lang po ito. Since farming gives you happiness, ituloy nyo po. Ang pinakamainam na client nyo for your fruits ay 5 star hotels and high end restaurants. You may try to visit po yong mga fine dining resto para makausap ang procurement officer nila.
Yong sa cacao nyo naman po merong tabliya maker somewhere in Cebu and Negros Oriental dahil ginagawa po syang drinks(sikwati) pamparis sa puto-maya(delicacy doon)

I'm a very hands on person. this is what's hindering me from getting a farm. I'm very meticulous. di ko ata kaya malaking farm kasi need ko makita lahat....i know what shes saying about handling people because i have a small business. surprising sino ang less in life, sila ang tamad. di din sila maingat sa mga gamit. di naman kasi sa kanila yun kaya di nila iniingatan. if i-charge mo sa kanila ang pag repair, sila ang galit... ang masama pa eh kapag nagkwento sila sa ibang tao, ang employer ang masama. mahirap.
tama yan ..may mga worker na ayaw pa mauutusan ...

Hello po.mam Tess, very inspiring po yan pagiging farmer nyo ngyn!..i am now 64yrs old, being retired from work, masarap.maging busy ulit, my passion is also gardening, although we have a small farm, hindi rin nmn ako marunong sa farming kc meron kming mga katiwala dati, ngyn meron kming mga puno ng mangoes pero hindi na rin sila productive kc matatanda na mga puno..gusto kong gayahin yan ginawa nyo sari saring puno at pananim ang itatanim..

Hi, good sharing. What is important you enjoy what you are doing.
If Madame is an OC, she can put up signage on pathways such as "Do not Litter", "No smoking" etc etc. Signage also going to "Dragon fruit area", Buko area, etc etc. She can also create many Kubo for dining areas instead of using the house for guest eating area. She can limit the time and days of public viewing for day tourists with closing dates as well for maintenance. Perhaps open it only during cooler months.

Thank you Mam for sharing your experiences in managing a farm. I agree with you that there are salesman that take advantage to farm owners just to sell their products . I am a government employee and soon to retire by 2023. I do rice production in my farm in Isabela and once retired , by that time i have now focus and do things i wanted to do like integrated farming.. With your sharing with Sir Buddy , you inspired me more. Let us stay healthy and be more blessings to others. May the the Lord God bless us more.
Eto na ata Ang episode na Hindi talaga Ako nag skip at dinrin Ako nag X1.5. Aliwnna alie kasi Ako sa mga sinasabi ni mommy... Yung content ng sinasabi nya, napaka rich. Pero pati Yung the way sya mag salita, Yung body language nya, sobrang nakakatuwa... Although Makita mong stricto talaga sya but I think ganun din Naman Ako if Ako Yung manager, I will not allow anybody to play around while wasting away my kid's future. No way.
