Your business decision to dismiss the individuals who used your crystals for various ornaments, bead boxes, jewelery and New York City Broadway Costume design and construction was obviously a poor decision. You didn't focus on all the different business environments that truly supported your company for many, many years. Instead, you let the greed, narcissistic behavior and lifestyle of your CEO and other Swarovski family members take precedent. Perhaps you should revisit Buchbauer, etc., disastrous decision to decimate the company. The world economy does not support spending hard earned money on your new jewelry designs. Also. how many crystal figurines does one person need to collect dust. You had a great company, now it is a dismal company in rapid decline.
