Yes uploads are a little slow, all uploads are reviewed before Posted which is fine
My advice to creators is Make good content that people will have the attention for it's not like tik tok as the content should be longer than what you may be used to posting .
For Me I think im going to Rock this hard as I capture many things that usually go unnoticed

Yes and posted 4 videos and found out later that the last video the audio was wiped. No way to repost the 4th video again.

To be eligible for Series, you must meet the following requirements:
• Be 18 years of age or older (or 19 in South Korea).
• Have an account that is at least 30 days old.
• Have a public Personal or Business Account. Political and private accounts are not eligible.
• Post 3 or more public posts in the last 30 days.
• Have 10,000 or more followers.
• Reach 1,000 or more views in the last 30 days.
• Post original content.
• Have an account in good standing with no repeated violations
