Ah, I needed a relaxing virtual walk around Animal Kingdom because I had herd sad news today that my great grandfather who is also my dad’s dad, He passed away today due to him getting extremely sick with COVID. It was a sad day today…but this cheered me up. =)
Animal Kingdom Lodge was what first got me hooked on Disney. Missing it and the rest of Disney World so much due to this wretched pandemic. Thanks so much for such great videos, they help!
Thanks 4K!!! Always a pleasure to watch. It brings back memories as you walk around the place. I enjoyed my stay here at DAK Lodge and it set the record for my most expensive Disney vacation. I was a Caribbean, Coronado, Port Orleans vacationer before so of course DAK Lodge would tip the scales. Just reading about the Genie+...Looks like my next visit to WDW, I'm going to have plenty of audio recording time in the queue lines, once the Genie+ kicks in. I won't pay for it and just take my chances. Some of my best recordings were from long waits. One was the Frozen ride. I started waiting in the line at China and got a lot of that music loop...then the music outside Norway...the queue music of Frozen and then the ride. The Lightning lines will either work or they won't...we'll just have to wait and see how it all plays out. 😄
It’s my pleasure as always Steve! Yes that’s very true! Waiting in the stand by line is definitely the best for capturing footage or recording audio! The long lines are a necessary evil sometimes lol. It will be interesting to see how things change once the Lightning Lane becomes available. I’m hoping for the best but we will see haha. Absolutely the best walk through you captured everything the shops lobby the grounds outside with the animals i really want to stay here thanks for sharing and making it feel like we are at this amazing resort.
Algorithm: Ya got great giraffe video but one was acting Rebecca-like and gave you the death stare. I thought I was going "glamping" at Wilderness Lodge but now I have to spend at least a night here cause it's phenomenal.
Thank you Liz! I was so glad I got a lot of giraffe footage. Lol yes, that one giraffe stared me down big time! I thought that was hilarious. I would definitely recommend doing a split stay here if you can! It is such a unique experience. Thanks for watching as always Liz😃
This resort is so beautiful. It’s definitely on my bucket list for places to stay. If given the choice, do you prefer Kidani or Jambo? Thank you for sharing.
It is hard to say. I love both areas! I think I personally prefer Jambo House. Kidani Village is just as great, but I think I like the outside area more at Jambo. Thanks for watching as always Michelle!
Hey. I'm in doubt between staying at Animal Kingdom Lodge or Yacht Club Resort. Please, can anyone help me? A couple and an 18-year-old girl. Thank you for the kindness.
You buy travel insurance so you can file a claim if you have to cancel your trip within the timeframe of when Disney charges cancellation fees. If you catch it there it’s your own problem. You have to sign waivers from Disney saying you understand the risks involved in visiting and you’re fine with the risks. You have to sign/agree to it for full Disney vacation packages or even just park tickets. Disney won’t reimburse you if you get sick on a vacation you choose to go on.
