Thank you. I usually roast the semolina with Ghee before preparing Upma. If you are using within 15 days you can roast Semolina with Ghee and keep it, as it may smell if stored for more days. Else you can roast without Ghee, cool it and store it in an airtight container and use it for more than 2 months.

Nice recipe and easy to make. Instead of roasting small quantity can we roast 1kg at once and keep it. So we can use later. Thank you.
