Just like the players have to earn their job every year, I think the coach should have to earn his job every year. After the first three years, I think he should have to win at least 8 or 9 games(or whatever the school decides is good enough) or he can be let go and not be paid or be paid at a much lower rate. This way you are not stuck with a bad coach because you can not afford to buy him out. He needs a period in order to set up his system and recruit players but then he should have to perform just like everyone else on the team.

This really isn’t much of a rivalry as Michigan hasn’t held up their end of the bargain. I was shocked at the score - but my “little feelings” weren’t hurt. I simply feel that scUM is childish. UCF is a very good team and undefeated, but their strength of schedule is too low. At least Michigan has played numerous ranked teams.
Hate Desmond Howard always have always will.He dose not hold back his feelings which he has a right to do.But when he is on TV or on a sports talk show he is so posed to share equal views but he doesn’t.
