That line is the Aramaic version of Psalm 22:1, which in Hebrew is similar, אֵלִ֣י אֵ֭לִי לָמָ֣ה עֲזַבְתָּ֑נִי (Eli, Eli, lamah azavtani). In English it's 'my God, my God, why have you forsaken me?'
