I am a huge reader so the book theme looks perfect to me! The colors look amazing and everything goes perfectly together, I think that this is my favorite theme that you have ever done! You haven't inspired me so I'm going to try and make a decorative dutch door just like yours! I also got a new pack of stickers and the whole pack is focused solely on reading so I'll be able to utilize my new stickers too! I've just started experimenting with Dutch doors. I used a decorative Dutch door in one of my spreads last week. It was a spread that listed out all of my boyfriend's expenses for the past 6 months. I was in charge of his money while he's been away and he wanted an itemized list so I made a spread with his nickname, Jr, as the front of the Dutch doors
I am most definitely re creating this set up. It is my favourite this year! That vertical book stack Dutch door is everything! Personally, 2021 has been all about getting back into reading so this theme is particularly perfect for my August set up! There really ought to be a LOVE button. Sometimes LIKE just doesn’t cut it! Looking forward to seeing the dailies! My theme for July is cacti and the dessert!

This is such a unique take on a books theme with the navy paper! Although I think I might be the only one who prefer navy with silver. But I do enjoy silver more than gold... And I do use Dutch doors for my cover page always. But instead of the books I'll do the month number or first 3 letters. I did a jellyfish theme in space (/with stars) in a blackout bujo :D

Thanks for sharing what you do :o) My July theme is a bit more outdoor-ish: Cattails & Dragonflies. The colour pallet includes lots of rich blues, browns, and greens with just a few deep red accents. So far I am pleased with the outcome. I cannot wait to see what you do next...

I *love* this theme! The gold really stands out well with the blue craft paper. Since July is when we celebrate our Independence Day here in the States, I'm using a lot of red and blue colors, along with some purple to add just a little bit of flare.
I read all the time. Not stuffy stuff. No classics for me. Funny stories, time travel, cozy mysteries, urban fantasy…with werewolves, vampires and magical animals. That being said…this spread is complete perfection. Right now I’m setting up a brand new budget planner. It is boring work, but it will be my most used planner. Thank you for this awesome design.
whenever I make my spreads I always use the same colors for the days of the week. There are 7 colors in the rainbow and 7 days a week with the week starting on Mondays Monday= red Tuesday= orange And so on and so forth..... Friday is a light sky blue Saturday is indigo which I typically use Staedler dark blue That's my little way to show my pride throughout the year!!!! I don't really use themes so I never have to worry about everything matching. But it always looks good!

I am a nature photographer, and one of my photos will be included in a digital exhibition in Cyprus in early July. It is the first time my work is going to be included in such an exhibition, so I am extremely excited about it!

I liked those books for your dutch door. That came out excellent. I started a time tracker like I saw in one of videos awhile ago, but I've learned to hate it. I chose colors for activities etc., but filling it all out at night was a pain in the ass, so I now just keep track of sleeping. Thanks
Fair enough! I had a time tracker in May and found it kinda helpful in keeping myself accountable, or at least actually taking note, if when I was working too late 😛 can very easily be an everyday type thing!
Love this theme and it turned out so great! The wood grain is not as time-consuming as your March nautical rope border, but I’m sure it took a lot of time!

How about making up some book quotes - I got "A book in the hand is worth two in the library" and "The early book catches the worm" - then I looked and found this actual quote "I am a galley slave to pen and ink." by Honore de Balzac (1799 - 1850). BTW I've been binge-watching your videos - thank you so much for them - my own bujo started in 2017 and then stopped there too... now I'm having another go... this time not planning to copy but instead hoping to learn from and adapt some of your ideas... I've tons of other journals, just not bullet journals at the mo.... I write large and long and tend towards scrawling in A4 drawing books rather than being neat in A5 dotted grids... but I need a bit more structure!!! And I forgot to say - love your Dutch door!

Probably! I’ve found the paints to be much more shiny than the other metallics I’ve tried, but the effect would be similar 😄💜
