Can you clarify one doubt Rahul? Most of us working professionals who can buy this machine, are wondering about its everyday usability. Can we use it everyday for office commute? Will it be comfortable in Kolkata traffic. Thanks in advance
@@KD-df8ks Several people use the 250 and the 200 as their daily commute bikes, it's not the most comfortable bike but I find it to be a good balance between naked sporty position and comfort with the wide seat. You can get a test drive at the park street dealership.

Hey i bought D250 ABS as soon as it was available here in Bangalore. Are you facing any issues with rear brakes activating when accelerating as soon as you are out of pothole or crossing the road humps ?
Bro I am planning to buy a Duke 250 for my office works and city rides but planning to buy after Jan or Feb 2020. Should I wait for some new bike's to release in 2020 compare it or can I confidently go for it without any other thoughts. Or wait the Bs6 model of Duke 250 !
I don't like BS6 as its cutting down power or making throttle snatchier so I would ask you to go for this BS4 unless you are from NCR. As for other bikes that might launch, I don't see any bike in near future offers the same value for money and performance combo like KTM, for city rides there is also the CB300R, its lighter but smaller tank makes it bad to tour on.
@@RideWithRahulOfficial Ur exactly right bro ! Nothing comes close to this power and torque in this segment ! I am so obsessed with this bike actually 😂. But in bs6 model do we get newer updates like chassis or TFT display maybe !
@@RideWithRahulOfficial That's a true statement actually ! BTW bro I have seen many reviews abt the KTM250 bike review. TBH ur's is one of the best 💯. But u missed out one part is the tires. Great review. How is the pillion comfort? Recently when I rode Yamaha FZ, the pillion was always bumping the rider forward at every turns or potholes. Is there any same issue there?
The issue has been largely fixed but it is not like a commuter bike, in bumper to bumper city traffic you will feel slight heating but if you are riding around even at 20-30 km/h constantly then there would be almost no heating.
@@RideWithRahulOfficial Guess the top speed is restricted to 140kmpl, SF could easily go up to 150 speedo indicated... Does it has to do with ecu restrictions? If yes, then do you think adding an aftermarket ecu (powertronic) or changing the sprocket size (lesser teeth) is going to help to achieve higher top speed? BTW, I like your honest review 👍
@@nururkhan yes the powertronics will help but simply going to Duke 390s' 43 teeth rear sproket should improve top speed. Here on 140 I didn't hit the limiter so I believe on a longer stretch it could do a bit more but as seen in video after 140 the bike was struggling to go higher.

I'm riding it in Bangalore traffic and as of now getting around 25kmpl. Its been 3 weeks only since i got the bike, so I think it will increase after the first service.
After seeing the unrefined engine and the aftersales service and parts cost, I think the KTM is easy to recommend. The RR310 was a good motorcycle but they didn't price it right, parts and maintenance was expensive yet it didn't offer the refined performance, even KTM is not very smooth but compared to RR310 this feels on a different level.
I am also waiting for 6 months for the guy who bought it to show up, asked Yamaha as well, but not everyone is keen to share bikes for review. This I could do because my close friend bought it.
I love everything about this machine....except the brakes and tyres....its very fragile ... no bite at all with the brakes... hope 2019 model fixed that issue .... mrfs are rugged but not apt for a bike which makes so much low end torque ....
Comparing to this Apache RR 310 is gonna be jerk! BS6 version of it is gonna be 2.9 lks ex showroom. So in my city (chennai) it will near 3.20 which is a waste!
That makes it more expensive than the Duke 390, people now understand value here and don't blindly want to go for a motorcycle just because it has a fairing.

If mileage is a concern 250 can be bought, other wise 390 much superior.
Can we expect TFT in bs6 model? I have to buy this bike but waiting for bs6 model to be launched
I don't expect it, as they don't want to push the price up to the level which will be closer to the Duke 390.
Can you do a bs6 duke 250 ride review and also comparing it with dominar 400
Bro i go with the second hand motorcycles duke 250 or cbr250r which one prefer?
Duke 250 as cbr is outdated. But you may get ABS version of Cbr in second hand. Cause old Duke 250 won't have ABS
