Wash your nonstick tawa after every use with the regular dishwash liquid(on a sponge) to avoid accumulation of stubborn residues. In case you already got one using a baking soda paste on it shall help get rid of it. Don't scrub it with the hard scrubbers as it may scratch out the Teflon coating on it. Nonstick tawas are the easiest to Maintain. A regular gentle wash is more than enough to Maintain it. Also avoid putting the tawa on very high flame.
