For changing/removing a number, instead of doing it from the app, you can call their customer care and they will do it for you on the call, without you needing to go anywhere. This atleast worked in my case.

Waiting for 3 part. Please clear when remove add on sim which benifit will be loose as you say. Other wise when we only removed it and no documents submit what will happen.
