You can use modpodge with a little water or you can use cornstarch glue. I don't have precise measurements but, you can look it up. Its less sticky than the modpodge, which makes it easier to work with. ❤

they use cotton. Some light wire for the wireframe, sometimes foil for a more full doll, but it's cotton being sculpted with PVA glue. That's basically it. And acrilic/pva paint, sometimes some dry pastela as shown in the video.
