There has been much confusion even on Greek web over the years on whether this is Saint Paisios' voice.
Even trusted Greek Orthodox UA-cam channels have got it wrong. (example: ua-cam.com/video/Zg5L9cLF18Q/v-deo.html)
This is not the voice of Saint Paisios. It's an elder Panaretos of the Holy Monastery of Philotheou from Mount Athos (the same monastery Elder Ephraim of Arizona was an abbot at)
