The funny part about people who don't get gaming is wondering what exactly they do for a hobby? Well, I'll put in as much thought and consideration as they do and I'll just assume all they do is ask stupid questions.

omg my sisters friend came in when i was playing a 2v2 starcraft game like half way through and stood looking at me for like 2 minutes then said "this game looks reeeaaaaally boring" i literlly just stopped what i was doing turned around and stared at her shaking my head
I would take this whole argument even further to the point that MOST (not all of them) people who aren't into games argue like felicity and dont think or try to understand us gamers before judging and talking about it. sure there are different levels of that prejudice and day9 addressed a very serious case here but SOOO many people that I know tell me how I am wasting my time because they simply do not understand me (a gamer) and dont even try to understand me (thats mainly why it pisses me off). so good on you day9 more non-gamer people have to see this and they might start understanding or at least trying to understand gamers before spouting out inconsiderate prejudice!

He uses the name Felicity to protect the person he's talking about... I think it just happened to be the first name he said on a cast and has stuck with it; no hate intended, just trying to be nice to those he is talking about :P
Somewhere out there there is a girl named Felicity ,who is an absolutely wonderful girl, who loves Day9 too much to stop watching him but has her heart broken ever so slightly more during each of these moments, and Day9 will never know that he slowly pushed a girl named Felicity to suicide.
This is like, what every non-gamer actually asks. I really don't feel like explaining to them the depth of whats really going on and what they don't understand when they ask - Is it fun? Is it about that? Why are you spending so much time playing games? Games are a waste of time.
No, but it does require precision. Harder would be playing Starcraft in the style of Ravel's Left Hand Piano Concerto, but then again that's probably already been a Funday Monday.
+Doofus completly misses the point Day9 said you need the precision of a pianist playing flight of the bumblebee as a reference not once did he imply that flight of the bumblebee is the most difficult piece thats just your immidiate interpretation. But I do that often so I feel you man :)
Valfalos I know what point he's trying to make. I just feel that he would've point better if he named one of the countless pieces that are more difficult than Flight of the Bumblebee.
