Yah I've been there with a PS3 I was trying to fix. Those other guys make it look so easy. And it's not at all. Good attempt tho I probably would have done the same thing
@RetroSaviour hi just these boards suck up alot of heat and you will need temps upto 450c plus don't use hot air guns they will damage and scorch the board but good 👍 😉 oh the ic you where trying to take off is called power management ic supply's power to the apu

@RetroSaviour not a problem glad to help done one my self they can be a pig to fix but grab yourself a cheap parts board you should be good 😉 myself personally I stick to retro computers fixing a Sega Saturn just know but keep at it be waiting for your vid bud that ic will be the problem.
