The Roxy is a very, very small club. I thought we were standing in the lobby, waiting to go into the theater, and then I realized we were in the club itself! I was standing in the very back of the crowd on the left side, and there were 6 rows of people between me and the stage. Very, very small. But they were playing like it was sold-out Staples Center (and it was loud enough for Staples Center!)
I'm SO emotioned, they've been waiting for that since years ago... and NOW that they are ROCKING THE USA, it's like a dream come true to them! I'm so PROUD of them... they are my life, OUR lifes! :'D #McFLYFOREVER
I understand how you feel, and I would really like Mcfly to tour North, South, East and West coasts for album 6 in the US! But this was their first show so it's only logical that they picked large and high tourist locations like LA & NY where a large fanbase can congregate.It would be really bad for them and for us fans if they pick a small town in the middle of the US where few have heard of Mcfly and the fans can't or don't want to travel to.They sold out, which means they will come back!
cant wait for thursday show in nyc =D my dream is finally coming true, next time come in canada (east cost, like the frenchie area call quebec you know :P) we want you here too!

Everyone is freaking out by how close to the stage the audience was...but that is just a common thing at American venues. A lot of them are smaller, more intimate shows so you can be up closer to the stage. It just all depends on the venue, it's size and security.
i would have shoved my way to the front of the line and fan girled about dougie the whole time!! come back to america so i can actually go to one of your shows!!

Best concert ever, hands down. So glad I was able to go to their first headlining US concert.
