Proud St.Thomian. Your story is riveting. It drives home our influence on the world stage and the respect we command. Can we for a moment clean up our image at home and we'll have the world in the palm of our hands. We will always make a difference. We fight for Africa outside of Africa.

It's because of the Arab Invasion & their Male Chauvinistic Culture why Sudan is so Patriarchal now..
Sudan/Nubia had a long line of Powerful Kandakes (Queens) in it's history..

WELL DONE FOR TAKING THE PLUNGE AND LIVING TO TELL THE TAIL.... MORE OF US NEED TO DO THE SAME.... I'M DOING IT AS AN ENGLISH TEACHER, TRAVELLING TO AS MANY OF THE COUNTRIES WITHIN THE DIASPORA AND IT IS AMAZING... HOWEVER, WE NEED TO CHANGE THESE CORRUPTED GOVERNMENT LEADERS.... THEY ARE DESTROYING OUR MOTHER LAND... 🧐🤨
