7:50 friendly tip: you can do this easily with the khs ring mod in the noise chain using external sidechain from the sub. another pretty easy way to achieve a similar result would be using dynamic tube (native from ableton) in a group with the sub and the noise together. there are many other ways like the one you did in the video but these are not so easy xD

About you being able to identify pitches, you probably have quasi-relative pitch. I have that and I can easily in my head identify E, A, and D. It’s basically like an off brand perfect pitch but still better than normal relative pitch. Hope this helps!

Also your explanation about pitches was interesting, I think it might not be perfect pitch, but it is possible for people with relative pitch to have very good pitch memory as well.
Like most well-trained musicians can tell you the pitch of things without needing an external reference because they have one memorised through training.
Not saying you don't have perfect pitch, you might still have it, but just saying.
ahhh interesting! yeah what you described definitely sounds a lot like me, I think I just have solid pitch memory but it's not like I'd hear a note and instantly recognize it, I'd have to compare it to something I remember the pitch of to know what the pitch I'm hearing is

for the past like 10 or 15 videos you just recorded yourself making music in ableton with no editing and in a room with high levels of echo, is this some kind of 30 day marathon of making music in whatever genre? because i dont get it at all lmao
nahhh just trying out the daily uploads hahaha I just felt like doing this, no end goal in mind. I just really like making these "sit down with me and chill" type of videos so I wanted to try it out but with music instead of gaming or whatever else
