I just love how my pc somehow can manage such an high demand game as GTA V but cannot handle a mid demand game as The finals, I think this is some sort of thing with the finals, one of my friends happened to encounter this issue too.

Rockstar likes to make their games as highly optimized as possible. It depends on how the game is made to render on your pc or console, it’s not really about what the game looks or acts like.
Basically all the back end that goes on with the game.
