    Great opening statement, from memory, no slides, no notes.. Probably has a photographic memory, or excellent recall.. A lot of people with excellent memory recall choose the law, as it is a phenomenal tool.. To watch someone cross examine, do an opening/ closing argument with no notes, is quite special to see.

      One of my coping mechanisms when I am where I don’t want to be, doctors, lab work, meeting, etc... and my anxiety is through the roof, is to think of somewhere worse I could be.... the dentist is always number one! I even thought this when I was in labor! 😂

    The monster claims the system turned him into a killer and that he was out in the streets with no food, no shelter and no i.d. This is total b.s. When he arrived in Central Florida, the killer had a place to stay with special accommodations at the Orlando Rescue Mission for 90 days. The maximum allowed stay is 30 days. When his time was up, a Christian businessman gave the killer work and shelter in an east Winter Park industrial district where he worked as a painter. So he was not suffering as he likes to say. Winter Park is multi faceted, there are pockets where housing is low income (Habitat for Humanity) houses. Not all the well to do ladies look like they're dressed to impress.

      Bobby Dools yea I know what you mean I like to get my teeth stuck into it. I'm looking forward to "the pike family massacre" should be a good one. Didn't see Charles Merrit one - might go take a look at it, dig it out. I've also been watching a lot of Charles Manson stuff lately, I no its a bit tired now but I find it fascinating ..... Bit of a fanatic I'm afraid...
      Yea this one will be found guilty Im sure, hard to think he turned down a plea bargain! He was also out on parole for robbery at the time he killed this poor woman. He's also wrote loads of weird letters to the judge - think he was trying the old insanity one which obviously never got off the ground. Looking at the DP here your right...
      Been catching up a bit today but not loads happening hope it will pick up a bit soon...get this chap off the streets!

    why is it that if some persons call that a person is missing, immediate action is taken by police, whilst others have to wait 24hrs before action is taken by police?!

    • @jennifers.3818
      @jennifers.3818 5 років тому +5

      all depends on how the cop thinks that person looks. they are quick to judge if they think someone is a run away, a drug addict, a person who would just "leave" or if its a very suspicious situation. i say if family and friends are telling the cops this isn't right, then they should listen and start right away

      Never no call... He got in with the FedEx shipment! (When she opened the door)... Prbly said she's having company soon (to scare him off) then he told her she better cancel that lady's App't & shortly thereafter, started prying for thr banking access info... and prrhaps lying to her too by telling her if she co-operates then she'll be okay & wont get hurt.
      Sad

    Or is prosecution going for the death penalty?

      Hmm, I'm having no trouble at all, barring the first few seconds of her statement. Maybe do a check on your headphones AND your jack if this continues for you. You can also do a search for a free sound booster. Very small, quick download, and bumps up your volume a dozen or so notches.
