I'm a Canes fan but I will say Louisville really had me worried all game the scoring potential this team has is really impressive.
Miami was playing backups in secondary by late third quarter. Pretty sure it would have been a win by larger margin if the starters stayed in
To be fair Kentucky beat them 45-13 last year & 56-10 the year before that lol. Louisville just isn’t that talented, I’d pick the Miami back ups to win that game if coached well enough 😂

Tutu Atwell and Hawkins are great players for Louisville. That QBs pretty legit, too. Miami's defense is gonna be a menace for teams, this year.

Good start Miami. Keep building that confidence week after week. we’re looking better. I’m not looking for Miami to go undefeated this year just don’t lose to teams that we are suppose to beat. I’m looking at Miami week to week to see how we’re going to match up against Alabama next year. every game this year is going to give me an indication of what Miami’s future is going to be.

Louisville has an even worse defense and o-line than last year. I didn't think that was possible. Now I really regret the loss of the Governor's Cup game due to covid. Go Cats!

Other than those two brown coverages our defense didn’t play that bad our offense just couldn’t get any tds early Malik missing the tight end in the end zone hurt us early on

Louisville has a horrible offensive line. Their defensive secondary is worse. All the Cardinals points were the result of good skill players making plays. Miami looks like a pretty solid team overall.
No the defense is bad not the offense
O-Line isn't great but good enough to win some games. Good skill players who are shorter but talented. Miami also has a solid defense I think.
We definitely miss BIG #73 on the offensive line...oh how I wish Becton had come back for his Senior Year...but I can’t fault a guy who was a lottery pick for going and getting paid!
Rhett Lashlee has Miami's offense looking like Auburn's 2013 offense on steroids.

Miami has GOT to figure something out on D. Ik backups came in in the 3rd but even before that, not enough fire, and bad tackling. Offense is looking much much better

Nah, we'll be more than fine. I think King would have won a heisman at LSU if he came, but i guess when we lost all those offensive coaches, and players he just thought Miami with what Rhett Lashlee did with SMU, would fit him better.

It’s all scheme my guy. Miami played cover 3 most of the game. 3 players defending the explosive play, yards were there but when it matters points weren’t there. Louisville played cover 1 or 0 most of the game. One to no safeties back, hints the huge tds on busted coverage. Miami was tougher faster and out coached Louisville.
Never been a huge fan of the spread offense and running QBs. But if they win and win big I could care less.

Not compared to 2018 when they went 2-10. Satterfield has a while to go to make it a good defense, but it is definitely better than 2018's defence, and it is definitely not the worst

@@dankmcnasty34 What im saying is that that was just 1 game. Louisville's defense was like that the entire 2018. You can't say that this is the worst defense when 2018's was far worse. Louisville's defense improved in 2019, and now in 2020, there are definitely more areas to improve, but we can't declare this the worst defense off of 1 game.
