- Australian electropop group Miami Horror brings its high energy songs to the JBTV Stage! Started in 2007 by DJ Benjamin Plant, Miami Horror has evolved from only Plant himself to a four-piece band that has opened for Phoenix, Lily Allen, and more. Plant combines sounds from 70s and 80s dance pop, progressive rock, and modern house music to create a high-energy fusion. Their catchy song, "Holidays," really got the crowd moving!
Lyrics:
I didn’t know when to expect you
Or even if you’d come at all
And now that I try to possess you
I’m still the one you choose to call
I don’t know just where you came from
And I need you now,
If you leave me for the stars,
There’s something I'd ever allow.
The circumstances that that you’ve gone through,
I never seem to cross your mind,
But just consider what we could do,
You’d be surprised at what you’ll find
I don’t know just where you came from
And I need you now,
If you leave me for the stars,
There’s something I’d ever allow.
I don’t know just where you came from
And I need you now,
If you leave me for the stars,
There’s something I’d ever allow.
When it all come back to you,
The words that you say,
Make me wonder if it’s true,
The story goes for another day.
I don’t know just where you came from
And I need you now,
If you leave me for the stars,
There’s something I’d ever allow.
I don’t know just where you came from
And I need you now,
If you leave me for the stars,
There’s something I’d ever allow.
I don’t know just where you came from
And I need you now,
If you leave me for the stars,
There’s something I’d ever allow.
I don’t know just where you came from
And I need you now,
If you leave me for the stars,
There’s something I’d ever allow.
I don’t know just where you came from
And I need you now,
If you leave me for the stars,
There’s something I’d ever allow.
