I love your little apartment ~ I always wish I could walk around this complex where I live and have everyone give me a little tour of their place.. It’s kind of fun seeing how others decorate and see if. They are organized..
My house was $575 for 6 years. They raised my rent last year. Now it's $650 for a 2 BR house with a basement, for laundry, attic for storage nice front porch and, back yard. One does NOT have to pay a lot of rent just to live. 👍🏾☺️
I’ve watched several low income apartment videos and I can’t understand how they vary from size and layout. Some have 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths ect down to a tiny apartment with no closet and no windows. That’s really not fair.
Not sure how this video popped up in my thread, but nice little clean apartment and tour. Reminds me of being a younger person so many years ago. When I started out, all I had was a bed and a TV. Now I am throwing out and giving away lots of things as we plan to soon retire/ downsize to a smaller house. Just be careful, or you too will be wondering where all the crap came from.
I am very lucky after divorcing my husband of 20 years. I wonder moved into a mobile home and the rent was really high. My son lived with me and he helped me pay the rent for a year and then I moved in to a smaller apartment and that was still kind of high for me until a friend of the family who have known, for so many years his mom offered me a place out in the country. In a three bedroom two bath mobile home on thirty acres for 500 a month. I felt so lucky that they considered me as a trustworthy person to move on to their property and take care of their home and live in it. They have no clue how much they helped me after getting divorced and going through A terrible situation. I have lived here now for 5 years. And I love it and I am so happy. And I have a fenced in yard for my dogs and I feel safe because they live across the field from me. And they check up on me.I am kind of getting to that retirement age and I feel like this is where I want to retire if they'll let me.
Yeah here is my toothbrush and my toothpaste and here is my crockpot. Omg so frustrating, we see your belongings. We want to see the apartment and how its played out.
As a security measure never place keys near the front door. It’s easy access if you have visitors or if someone in the household has unauthorized use of a vehicle.
We are in a city leading the USA's homeless capital. Glad you have a home! I never thought l would see the day my family's homeless & my apartments don't allow more than a few days overnight guest😮.
The apartment is affordable , which is good but do jobs in Al pay a lot less and are there jobs available. I know their are decent work at home call center jobs, but how well do the brick and mortar call center jobs pay?
I like the apartment , and ignore the comments about the clutter , sometimes , you have to use what you've got on hand , and if it works for your daughter and yourself and it's clean and livable and comfortable is all that counts , and there isn't anything wrong with buying anything from Amazon , Wal-Mart , Dollar Tree , or any other dollar store or even thrift stores ; people have to do some things that they can afford . Everyone's place can't look like a mini-mansion or the White House . And don't forget , when Jesus came to this Earth , He came here in a manger and not a mansion and He and everyone He was with walked everywhere .
I currently live in Dothan ,Al and I’m looking for a reasonable apartment to relocate for my new job , do you mind me asking for the name of this apartment complex ? Or similar places you may know of in the area?
You don't have to tell them your exact location just the city or is it in rural area for that price you could help someone who is looking for reasonable accommodations.
Alabama here I come 😂😂😂 they 1500 for raggedy apartments in Pittsburgh in the inside might be nice but the area and outside of the building ain’t worth the money then they never approve or call you back have you waiting for for years
Nice apartment. I am quite a minimalist - my counters are very clear! I would struggle with the amount of stuff out on the kitchen counter. Living room is very dated. Maybe not have the dining table if not used. I found the boxes of tissues stuck on the mirtor quite strange. The bedroom would look so much better with less clutter on display.
You are safe happy and providing well for your child. Stay blessed!

Your apartment is very homey and warm. People think everything has to be off the countertops but forget we live in our homes! Great job, my sister!
These days all of us have rooms that do double duty: dining room offices, bedrooms that are also playrooms. Your place looks neat and cozy!
Thats so cute!. She knows exactly what to get to secure her apartment! That's so good! She did it!❤💕
What a beautiful, cosy and safe home you have created for you and your daughter!! ❤
I love to see these neat kitchen, small and simple
This is the ideal apartment for myself and my 13 year old daughter. Just right for us❤❤❤
JUST CAME ACROSS YOUR VLOG. LOVE YOUR HOME. HAVE A BLESSED WEEKEND
Very cute apartment! Very clean and well organized too.
Dollar tree ✔️✔️thumbs up ps your apartment is lovely good job keep making it’s best shine brighter and brighter
❤❤❤❤❤❤ I want my first apartment to look just like yours. Simple and homey. Nothing fancy. Great job hun
My advice, save your money, and buy you a home instead. Speaking from experience

No windows?
different states different towns different land lords different renters
Maybe people aren't where. Apartments here in CT were $575 back in the mid eighties. Maybe they want to know where it's affordable to live.
Back in the late 80's, I saw people getting studios apartments for $250.00 to $300.00 in Chicago South Side back in the day.
Nice, clean, cozy home you have!
I’m shocked the title didn’t say “Atlanta” lol ppl forget there’s other states in the South that are actually cheaper than Atlanta, nice place!
Cheaper? Atlanta Hella expensive
In Macon Georgia apartments are $600 a month. It's a city outside of Atlanta.
@@TraceyEaster760I think you need to read my comment again love…..reading is fundamental
@@DJ-vj4viyea I’m familiar, I’m from ATL.
@@TraceyEaster760 yes I live in Atlanta it’s very expensive
What a cute and cozy apartment. Love! ❤
I pay $850 for my one bedroom one bath. 😊 I'm happy with what I have. It's affordable.
Wow.i live in bronx.you are blessed.your home is beautiful.the living room is big.
woaw the price is amazing!!
Thank you! Thanks for watching!
So cute and organized also use a wooden drying rack for clothing
Two bedrooms appointments in my city are $1500-$2000 plus parking 😕😥
Yes, you're right! in todays market, maybe it's the neighbor or city that will determine the prices.
I like your apartment; its well organized and realistic…
It’s true it’s small but seems cosy and u succeed to decorate well. Not bad for a beginning❤❤🎉
What a lovely home you have!!! Smart set ups and peaceful! Yeaaaa! ❤❤❤

More.
This place is cute and the price, I need a place like this!
You have a cool 😎 apartment! Thanks for the tour! Subscribed.
Very clean and neat love the rent price
Beautiful 😍
I use the same collapsible sink, but I put my drainer inside the sink, saves counter top space.
575? I need to jump on over to Alabama
I’m curious-why do people who do these videos name everything in their homes? 🤔
Its crazy I agree
Yeah here is my toothbrush and my toothpaste and here is my crockpot. Omg so frustrating, we see your belongings. We want to see the apartment and how its played out.
Right..here is my door, my vent, my socket..I’m just nosy😂I want to see how you living…
Because it’s asmr for nosey people like myself so if u don’t like don’t watch …bye
You’re very organized and clean😊
Looks great!
Your home is beautiful,, Congratulations..🎉❤❤❤

Nice very nice. I love your drying rack... your towel rack in the closet and the fact you don't use the dishwasher and hand do them. I do the same 😅

What part of Alabama is this?Get me a application cause I'm moving to Alabama.Your place is nice...😁
Is this cute place still $575 in 2024 or has the price tripled by now?
Probably tripled. These types of videos do more harm than good when naming specific locations.
$575 for a 2 bed apartment in America that's a good price isnt it? Because I've seen other homes that are way more expensive
That was average 7-8 years ago for many states.
It looks great 😊
Very nice.🌸💗🌸
Here in California for a 1 bedroom apartment it’s between 1,100 to 1,700 🫠 depending where at in California too
Wish these apts were in my State! Studios range from $1200-1400 here! A two bedroom is almost $2500 too...why I'm renting a room for $800...
You covered every detail🎯
Were in Alabama you pay 525 for a 2 bd cause I pay 850 for mine
We have the same couch except mine is with 3 seats.
Are they still this price?
No they have went up in price by about $50.... thanks for watching!
I currently live in Dothan ,Al and I’m looking for a reasonable apartment to relocate for my new job , do you mind me asking for the name of this apartment complex ? Or similar places you may know of in the area?
Thank you for sharing.😊
I have lived in Alabama all my life. Cost of living here is very inexpensive.
Does your landlord ever bother you and tell you you need to put things in storage or get a bigger home? Ours does.
What city is this? I'd like details.
I need to move out there
Hey what’s the name of these apartments?
Thank you for sharing.

It is a serious fire hazard storing anything on top of the refrigerator
The company still looks peach it’s pretty. 13:26.
Cute.
Thank you! Thanks for watching!
I thought this said an apartment tour not what you got in the apartment tour😮
I notice thts what alot of them do...tell about every single thing in the house
Where are you located?? I ask because of the rent amount 😅
Which aera?
Its probably not the same price it was posted 3yrs ago. Rent has skyrocketed.
If I could get these prices in Chicago my family and I would not be living in a studio paying over $1000
cute
What city is this?
What city for such a low price🤔 most apartments whrere I live go for at least1,300.00 for 1 bedroom. Unbelievable 😮
Very nice
To much clutter . Definitely need more storage.
I would like to know where are this location.
Wow $575 a month for rent?! If only NYC has those prices when I was renting.
Where is this! that unbelievable ! is in it the country?
@@babydollkincaid4584 That's what I would like to know.
