thank you so much for the excellently detailed review, I have this matador red model being shipped to me as we speak, couldn't find any reviews of it anywhere, your video is on spot!
@@DJman117 I was afraid it would be a bad after i shipped some acme cars i asked around and was told new gmp/acme work is full of flaws, but i am relieved now, lets hope the shipping company and customs handle it with care! Thanks again, looking forward to later reviews!
I have heard that these 442s are produced using tooling that has been around for a while and was acquired from another company. That’s why they use the dog leg hinges versus the realistic hinges the newer ACMEs have. Hopefully the shipping treats them well and they make it through customs without any problems. Thanks for watching!
@@DJman117 that's interesting info, wish it had realistic hinges but i'm not really complaining the model looks fantastic, looking forward to future videos!
These ACME 442s use an old Exact Detail mold. On those versions, the headrests could be raised and lowered and the shifter was moveable. Not sure if these ACME versions have these features.

I’m very happy to hear that my review was helpful! ACME did a great job with the Matador Red 442, I’m sure you’ll love it.

@@DJman117 received mine today, absolutely amazing, tiny imperfections but nothing noticable, and heaviest of all cars i have so far!!

Looking at buying one, but the guy wants $150 for and I don’t know if I can spend that much on a diecast model. Someone talk me out of it or into it.
