Yea our modern buildings are trash. If you look at any old world monumental structures, theyve had to get torn down due to them not falling apart were brick. And not home depot junk brick either. Early 1800s 1900s brick was something.

Tornados pick up railroad locomotives and can hurl them at structures. No building standards can cope!

The house with the pool looks mostly untouched. All the debris seems to be from the nearby houses that were destroyed. It's an illustration of how localized tornadoes are. They can cut a wide swath but miss objects at the edges and even skip over things.

Makes me keep thinking why is the US is the only country ive seen that have tornadoes and never in my life seen no other countries have tornadoes?.
Argentina, Canada, Brazil, Australia, Bangladesh, South Africa, Japan, there's just a few examples of other countries that have tornadoes.
USA does have the most, because of its geography, topology, and weather patterns.

Cold unobstructed air moving south from the Arctic, warm humid air moving north from the gulf of Mexico, and hot dry air from the deserts in the southwest. All of that meets east of the Rocky Mountains, producing severe weather throughout the year.
