Y’all have NO IDEA how ENCOURAGING & TIMELY this is. I grew up in the States to South African parents. So, I was not raised around blood family, and my parents were not walking with the Lord; although they grew up culturally attending church. They eventually separated and divorced. That said, this is giving me a glimpse into Gods faithfulness and His promises in a way I’ve never seen it. the fact that I hear the Lord speaking through your parents...in my parents accent .. it’s like getting a lesson from “home”!! Thank y’all for being obedient to the Lord.. praise God.
I'm from Zim, and I've fallen in love with Ntate Jerry's craft since the movie 'Tsotsi'. I must say he's a living legend. Every role he plays on tv is on par, by the way he's also the reason I watch Scandal every day of the week... I draw so much inspiration from him. He really gives powerful advice. Ntate Jerry has always been my favorite actor from a series called "the line" and I met with mam Mofokeng when she taught me first year psychology at Ann latsky nursing college.. I used to look at her as this sweet soft spoken lady and wonder how she was as a mother.. Imagine my surprise when I found out who her husband was..💓💓💓

Appreciation to Ntate Jerry , one day before me and my partners first anniversary I'd ordered a gift online which had not pitched frantically I went to the mall to look for plan B , as I left one of the shops I saw this book in a little book shop kiosk , we had been participating in Mama Claudines webinars weeks before and I knew I had to get this book, the book has changed how we love , brought intentionality and vision to our relationship

I thoroughly enjoyed how we met by Mr Makhs' parents. It brought back memories of the early days growing up and watching how our parents expressed their love to each other. I love how Mrs Makhs said to keep it simple and give the love a person deserves to them. Very appropriate for this valentine season and always.
