The last fruit is very common in Jamaica (there's literally a tree in my back yard) also in the Caribbean too, We call it Naseberry that's the English name its also known as Sapodilla in Spanish countries that has it.

In indonesia we called it sawo there are many of them in any ordinary Market, the taste is sweet and bit bitter, someone says it sweet as a caramel but i dont think so.

The last fruit looks like a Sapodilla. Yours looks green. You can pick them like wrap them in some paper and let it still till it ripens. When it does there is a sweet fruity smell. It come apart easily and is moist in the inside. An extremely enjoyable fruit when ripe.

9:20 This fruit is called "sapoti" in portuguese (Manilkara zapota). I grew up in a house with a huge tree of it - now it is like 60-70 years old. At least here in Bahia (a state of Brazil) it is not that easy to find on supermarkets.
