For those you who are curious, this Listing was removed in the Fall of 2021 (14.4m US). Today is Cinco de Mayo 2022. It overlooks Sunset Beach which has a special place in my heart & I think highly of this property and its landscaping. I do wonder about the engineering necessary to preserve it given the rapid ravages of global warming for coastal properties such as this. Food for thought indeed🤔Aloha.
The climate issues are big. I think everyone is underestimating the main land included. If I make a move to the big island, it would be up in the hills with a view, not down by the water for sure

One of the best looking homes I've seen on the island. Interior decor spot on. Missing however a HT room, gym walk-in wine cellar. ;) And priced out of my league. :)

Make sure to put your boat on the roof because the house might be tsunami proof, but the people living inside are probably going to feel the effects of the tsunami.

When nature runs amok then no it is not tsunami proof. It would destroy those columns and all inside would go along with all the glass. Besides saying bunker means underground.
