I am picking up a 1990 Eagle Talon TSI awd. Same motor everything. It has been sitting 3years! I am doing a pressure test this week to make sure everything with that is up to par! If not I can't wait for the rest of your videos so I can take what you've done and apply it to my car! Watching from South Bend, Indiana!
Personally id do some light sanding across the raised letter to make it pop with the aluminum on the black
The remover seems to work pretty well!
I was shocked, it works fast and only needed a little cleaning afterward

I have the exact same products waiting in my garage for me to use except in red. Just waiting for it warm up where I'm at. Hopefully you dont have any issues with the spark plug boots seating or staying in place, a lot of folks will tape that area off along with the pcv nipple and the oil filler hole mating surface. Make sure that you didnt get any overspray on the backside as well so it doesnt promote leaking. I also hear so people will clearcoat the wrinklefinish to keep it looking good longer.
I polished off the pcv nipple, lettering and oil fill, I’m going to check if I need to for the spark plug boots before I do those though, it’s nothing that can’t be fixed, I did realize I should have at least done the pcv nipple after the fact... learn from my mistakes kids lol
