- Is it just me or have I already seen WAY too many Bronco Sports with sorority Greek letters on the back? I digress… what are your thoughts on the Baby Bronco? Is this what the 4th Gen Escape should’ve been all along or is there a place for both in the market?

Thank you - love this. My '22 Badlands (Alto blue as well) is apparently stuck at the port in Quonset Point, RI, approx 30 miles from my dealer, awaiting a truck driver to move it out. Can't wait!

Buying a new car with a discount during the shortage is lucky because I know someone at work who bought a maverick xlt awd off the lot at sticker price.
This car definitely reminds me of the old escape with the boxy shape and rear glass popping out with a modern interior.

I kinda like the bronco sport, but with the ongoing dillemea of my mother's edge being at the Ford dealership for 4+ months now getting the 2.0 ecotird rebuilt for the infamous coolant intrusion issues, I'm anti Ecoboost. Tried to have her get an edge with the 3.5 naturally aspirated, but when she was looking there were hardly any used ones on lots within a 100+ mile radius of home. She currently has a 2020 escape Titanium hybrid loaner and she loves it. She's averaging 37.5 combined (50% in electric) on her 60 mile round trip to work and back home.
I've heard such good things on those Escape Hybrids and the 2.0L in my Escape has been a good performer so far. Don't be afraid to call the CRC and voice your experience! Ford doesn't want to lose a customer.

Our bronco sport has every option including the moonroof but no rain sensing wipers. Was this part of the chip shortage?

@@ThinkOutsideTheCube 2021 Badlands with badlands package, assist+, and moonroof. I thought it would have rain sensing wipers because we looked at an outerbanks model with it.
@@paultwice2279 I pulled the order guide and looks like rain sensing is only on Outer Banks. Think of Badlands & Outer Banks being treated as two different, top tier models with different features for their target consumer. Creature comfort and luxury items on Outer Banks while Badlands has traction/off road items and extra power. Regardless, a strange omission with the Badlands price tag!
