so great! hey what kind of footwear/pants do you guys reccomend looking for to walk into those swamps? would also love to see a vid tutorial deeper on seytings/tecnnique
What an amazing place and what an interesting man Jason Hahn is, and like Jared Lloyd, he knows his home turf. I like how Doug backed off from the raptor still not alarming or disturbing it, one theme is recurrent throughout all these video, respect for the environment is uppermost.
I've been fortunate enough to visit the Everglades in March. I've NEVER seen sooooo many snakes. A couple per every square meter, literally. Fantastic! This is a great video, but it's a shame about the over-dramatic music. Reminds me of Nat Geo channel progs with pointless never-ending crescendos leading to a huge... 'meh'. Nonetheless, many thanks for the wonderful photography, videography, and instruction. I have subscribed.

Just live your videos. Informative and always interesting . I wish we had the program on cable TV in Portugal
Awesome Doug, Thank you for sharing these on UA-cam 😊
Love the footage, amazing how much beauty there is in nature in Florida.

what a great wildlife photography video
thanks for sharing this with us
really really enjoyed watching this :D
What a great video!
I would have loved to have heard about how you managed mosquitos!
what tripod setup are u sing in the mangroves? I'd love to shoot on the water but I'd be terrified to set up a tripod in my kayak??
My hint, Mark your launch spot. Mangroves in the glades can turn you around real fast. Then you'll hope you have cell service to call for help
good tip
Lots of birds but only one was ID'd. Please tell us what we are looking at.
Never mind the crocs - what about leeches? I imagine there are leeches in that pond.
💕♥️❤️
just make sure you take gallons of insect repellent, the mosquitos will eat you alive. i know i live in south florida i go there often
Spoonbill
Lovely photos, but oh man, those banging drums and faux dramatic music do not at all suit the scenes. Very distracting.
