I was a big Eddie Hall fan, but the way Thor conducted himself against the cringe factor from Eddie before their fight. Made me a Thor fan. Since then, Thor has now shown humor and self-mocking that just makes him an all-around nice guy.

If you like your shoulders healthy, don't do it. It's okay to watch but don't it. CrossFit is like anal porn. Looks good until it's your on all fours.
If done properly, CrossFit is great.. it's all those people trying to get too many reps in a small time period and throwing form out the window when it's problematic.

Thor was scary running down the track at that speed, like a giant coming to eat us lol. You could hear his foot falls.
The beep test is awesome. Good to gauge the timing up front to not waste energy.

Wow, I was totally surprised on how phenomenally good Thor (and Kelsey too) were good at the obstacle race. It will be game over for every other Strongman if Thor makes a Strongman return in 2024.

I remember when I did the last beep test in school 3 years ago, I got up to 13.1. Always loved the beep test even though I never trrain cardio its so fun to compete against people and push your limits at the same time.

Burpees are one of the hardest cardiovascular exercises a person can perform. It is the equivalence of sprinting at maximum pace. I had a trainer who trained like crossfit athletes put me through a crossfit style workout, and it is very different. It requires specified training.
Halfthor you should meet with Magnus in Norway and try rock climbing, I would find it entertaining to see how someone of your stature will fair.
Yes that would be so interesting plus iceland and norway are literally son and father

I’m a regular gym guy, been training 7 years from age 44..due to health issues. Love it. My wife does Cross fit and has done for 10 years+. It’s not for me, but she loves it too. There are so many cross overs in sport fitness that I admire anyone who gets off their arse & gets it done!

There’s just something about a 6’9 400+ pound man running that terrifies me…. Mans got 6” and 140lbs on me…. That’s absurd
He's not 400+ anymore. He trimmed down to 330 for the fight and just recently started packing it on for powerlifting so he's probably around 345ish.
He was measured 172 kg (379 lb) during the livestream day before yesterday.
