I do see and appreciate the intention of your comments defending these artists from bashers pero don't you think that as new artists with a new song; they should be aware and become open to the fact that not everyone is going to like their song or music? We can't please everyone. I mean if you wanna support the local artists here in Lanao, don't you think that we should be critical when it comes to judging or coming up with a critique regarding their music? In our language we can even call that "ulog ulog." Just because they are from Lanao and we come from the same place as them does not excuse these artists from being bad or mediocre. Personally, I don't like it but that's my opinion and that does not have to change yours. Let people say what they want to say, everyone is entitled to their own opinion. Let's give everyone a chance to choose what they love or what they hate. God bless :)
Okay man ang magcritic basta constructive criticism lang arun makatabang ug improve sa next music ani nga mga artist, like enumerating kung unsay kulang ug dapat i-improve. Kay matud pa kang Bill Gates, "We all need someone's feedback because that's how we improve." Dili lang nang comment or feedback bitaw nga harsh such as 'jejemon, julogs, way lami, etc...'
PILOSOPONG MAKATA I do agree with that and I think that’s a valid point but sad to say they aren’t handling the bashers pretty well. Instead of letting it slide, they keep fanning the flames by tossing insults back and forth. That isn’t something that artists should do. When you post something online, especially something like original art; that’s already a welcoming indicator that everyone is welcome to like it or hate it. With the rise of social media as everyone’s backbone-we should be aware that certain pieces or modes won’t be universally liked. My point here is that they should try to handle all this professionally if they want to make it big someday. If they can’t handle a single hate tweet without going ballistic over Facebook and then I don’t see the point in continuing their journey any further. But everything is a learning process so I hope they pick something from all this along the way :)
