I happen to live on Upper New Walk and I was looking forward to seeing our house in this video so you can imagine my disappointment when the camera "froze" a matter of yards before you got to us! As you can see, cyclists and those bloody (illegal) e-scooterists, consider themselves exempt from having to obey the rules and flagrantly defy all the "No Cycling" signs and "terrorize" the innocent users of what the Council term a "Strictly Pedestrian Only thoroughfare". Sadly the council does not enforce their own rules so we have to endure flocks of these inconsiderate bastards on a daily basis - I'm a keen cyclist myself and I detest these idiots giving us law-abiding riders a bad name. Rant over, now get back up to Upper New Walk and finish the job you set out to do!
