Love witchcrafters theyre my first deck in modern yugioh...i started duel links with them then to master duel
I love witchcrafters and I love using it as my main archetype with spellbook support, spellbook legacy can have you pulling spells so much it's actually crazy, especially with the limiting of Grass and Extravagance to 1 I only run 2 reasoning and 1 grass removing extravagance just cause I run the risk of throwing away Vice Madame, instead I run 60 cards because spellbook legacy can really thin out the deck HARD it also gives me a bit of counter against some monsters by running Spellbook focus and banishing 3 cards I still run left arm offering just for that occasional moment where I really need grass and praying to god that i don't brick, I don't run any handtraps except for golem aruru and it's been carrying me through ranked people just don't seem to read card effects at all lol
The only gripe I have with it is the occasional virtual world kyubi or any other moster eith the effect of when a monster is sent to the graveyard banish it instead it really counters the deck because you don't really have anything to answer with especially if they go first

A fun addition to the deck is the Iris Swordsoul that you can summon through Verre or Edel!
it sure does when we managed to draw iris, but with how this 60 cards deck works, 1/3 chances iris just gonna go straight to graveyard sadge
@@precious_shun but you can summon her back with Edel in case, that's what I usually do if Verre and/or Haine are already on the field (another funny thing is that if you get a Millennium Eyes restrict in the graveyard (like istant fusion) you can even summon it back in the same way)
I love Iris for the 40 card version of Witchcrafters. It's hilarious when I get her out immediately with Reasoning.
@@precious_shun Normally this just gets my extender percentage higher and my starter percentage lower, but if you run magicians' souls you can toss iris swordsoul to special summon and then you just need a lvl

i would say it makes your deck stronger, reason i didn't add that in is to keep things as vanilla as possible lmao.
so yeah i've tried it before, it really is viable addition, water enchantress is a spellcaster monster. after she banishes herself, she can be brought back from to the deck using masterpiece. so basically you can always recycle the token summoning per turn if things were set. and extra negate is always great. even water enchantress are going to be limited in the end of this month, it still a great addition overall so feel free if you want to use it~
Sad there is no grass in the tcg, I'd love to have a tier 2 witchcrafter deck but even with the new support coming it's nowhere near competitive level
I know it's part of the strategy but I feel so uncomfortable everytime I see all those cards going to the graveyard and being removed 😂😂😂

as everyone knows, these type of deck is just for fun, casual, non meta ones. but yeah, i bring them everytime to ranked since i dont care too much about ranking in this game. but if you are planning so too, then you need to understand what your opponent deck do first. im sure witchcrafters can workaround everything once you understand every deck you facing.

Too bad Spellcaster type monsters Lacks of any generic Synchro, Link and Xyz boss monsters, Konami seems into Dragon that makes this kind of deck could screwed so easily against most meta decks.
Hate not the pure evil twin player, their deck literally only has one play.
Bro don't relying to much on grass because soon it'll get banned like in duel link
