Agree with the sizing recommendation. I normally wear US size 11, tried both 11 and 11,5 in store and went with 11,5 (half a size up). My normal size was too tight and there was no extra room in the toebox (my toes literally touched the end of the shoe and I have a normal feet).
i've been wearinng samba since the late 90s. they're great. i had a black pair. can't buy them here in the philippines but there's tons of fakes in different colorways. i guess those are good enough. costs like 40 bucks

Since AF1’s run a little big and Sambas run narrow, I would say size up. By how much depends on if you have wide feet. So my guess maybe is a 10.5 or 11. If you can try it out before buying, I suggest do that.

I thnk you can get away with a .5. But to be safe if you have a really wide foot then go full size up
