i think its a sub genre of jazz called bebop jazz. Bebop jazz is usually very fast and chaotic so it seems like the best fit. If you want something similar to this, listen to the Cowboy Bebop ost. Its not quite as chaotic as the music in Kakegurui but its pretty damn close. Or you could just listen to other songs Niwashi has made.

The cowbell track adds complexity to breaking it down, but the midi drums used sound super clear, so this sounds like a fun track to transcribe.
