Our K2 is our most popular seaming machine model. This stand alone machine operates at 300 meter per minute and forms the sleeves via an adjustable forming section. The machine is available in 300mm and 400mm lay-flat models. The machine features fast changeover rewind and unwind air shafts.

I run one of these at work, but with the automatically adjusting glue EPC. Also, we use the felt tips instead of the needle. Sometimes the felt tips cause a streaking pattern due to dust and ink buildup under the tip, which causes unpredictable and uneven solvent application.
I wouldn’t recommend using the needle to apply solvent. Most customers want the whole 4mm cover up. But is an amazing machine. U can go through jobs in that machine like nothing. The black light is great as well. Helps u keep track of solvent application as well. Been working on those for yrs. I can run over 30 rolls of 3 meters per 8 hr shift. That’s when I’m not watching the other inspection machine as well lol
what will you recommend? what are using to hold the sleeve together without falling off after forming. Pls I need your expertise on this forming machine
