Some of you asked for another day in the life video like I did last week so here you go. If you have been around this channel for a while you already know that there is more to this channel than concrete work and there is more to life than business and making money. I hope you enjoy.
I judged you way too quickly. I watched a few videos and made a comment about how much of a jerk you are. Couldn’t be further from the truth. Keep the great videos coming. Very inspiring.
The father I wish I had. You're a great man, Ryan. Impeccable work ethic, overall great attitude, and quite the family man. We need more people in the world like this.
Joanna did a great job! Maybe you can get her filming some at home stuff for the channel! You’re so right about taking your kids to work. I worked with my dad in my teens and I appreciate that time so much more now that’s he’s no longer with us.
Dude got me in my feels on the last clip. When the verse popped up. It’s real talk. Our children are growing up in the hardest of times. We can change that.
I still remember when I was young and my grandfather and dad took me too their work and i got to see what they do from day to day. Made me appreciate what they did for us even more and that hard work translated to me as an adult. Very important to show your kids the value of hard work
I’m not a father but it’s touching to see how close you are to your family and how much of a impact you want to be on them. Keep up the hard work man can’t wait to see you keep succeeding
As a mixer driver for many many year's I will tell you that when a contractor takes the time to tell me, good job or call the plant and tell them they like how well I performed for them it really makes you feel good. You appear to treat the mixer operators very well and that goes a long way. Stay safe.
I started pouring back in 2004 and still am. Alot of old school guys I learned with that poured in the 80's and 90's were super disrespectful to drivers when I started back in 2004. Yelling at them, calling them idiots, and etc. When I started to be the shoot guy I never ever yelled at them and always try to make good communication with them to make things easier. I've had alot of drivers tell me that they are grateful when they see me haha. You show respect and it's goes a long way and they do their job 10x better. I always give them credit at the end if they do a good job. Sorry for the long story haha but more guys need to treat drivers better. It's not a easy job at times.
@@alphaomega3173 I started out in a rear discharge mixer and that is very difficult to operate the up down and drive the truck. I have drove a front discharge for the last 20 years and they are much much nicer to operate. Rear discharge mixers are very prone to rolling over and require a crew member to operate the chute from side to side thus taking away manpower from the crew. I love my front discharge mixer as it is much safer to drive when loaded and I control everything from my drivers seat. Once you operate a front discharge mixer you never ever wanna go back to a butt dumper. I sit in the center of the truck so I can tell if I am leaning to much to one side or if I'm sliding. I have had many many contractors tell me, dam I wish the last guy could lay it down as good as you. It really makes you feel good and I always remember those that treat me good and those that don't.
@@dandunning4409 All we got here is rear end discharge. Never had the luxury to pour with front discharge trucks. Definitely would be sweet to not have to operate the chute on some pours I'm very jealous lol. Stay safe on the site bud and hope the best for ya!
@@alphaomega3173 That's all we have is front discharge mixers. Most not all but most redi mix companies in Michigan use front discharge mixers. Be safe...
How you have brought up your children to be incredibly polite is brilliant, you & your wife are obviously excellent parents. That was a brilliant video, your daughter obviously has a lot of talent, she definitely deserves a slice of that….eeeeeeeeeeeeeasy money. Have a great weekend 🇬🇧
I truly respect you as a father, Ryan. My dad was never one to show/teach me the little things like this, that a child can appreciate. Much love to you and your family.
I work 14 hr night shifts on a Critical Care ambulance, I can’t tell you how much I look forward to your videos when I get home. Your crew down to talking to Scott & Jewel at the coffee business, to the kids and the crew something just makes it seem “ Normal “ . Especially in the times we’re living in. I’m 292 intubated/Bi-Pap Covid transports deep into this mess and in some ways this is cathartic to some of us. Thanks for all you do “ brother “ and keep pumping out the videos. They’re healing the world. I just wish they were longer.
Outstanding father and a wonderful work ethic, love to see you bringing your children into work with you, such an awesome dynamic you don’t see very often on UA-cam! Keep up the good work 👍🏼
Your definitely right about bringing your kid to work when you can. My father was an iron worker he owned two businesses I remember the first time he brought me to work. He sat me on a steel beam about 20-30’ up in the air while he made connections I thought it was the coolest thing in the world and in the winters he’s take me plowing and taught me how run the plow. As soon as I turned 18 I became an iron worker and have been doing it 15 years now.
You’re a good man. It’s cool to see how much people enjoy the interaction of being included in your videos. You can tell it really brightens their day.
Great job behind the camera Joanna! Ryan I really enjoy that you bring your relationship with God and spirituality into your videos. Our world needs more like you….
i'm 55 yrs old and this one made me tear up, i think its because as good a job as I think i did as a father, it wasn't enough, we get so caught up in trying to give our families all we got and time slips right on by, you wake up one day and realize years have gone away. I am a Christian man now and I wish i was saved many years before, but God had other plans, You are a great Dad and Business man and Boss Ryan , thank you for sharing your life and your family with us, you are teaching an aging dog a new trick or two, I just wanna be a better man, who knew i would find that in concrete, but it is kinda the way God works, my father was a concrete mason. I love concrete, concrete brought me here, your heart kept me coming back ! Joanna you did a great job with your Dad today ! keep up the good work !
Wow, that was an awesome video. I laughed about the mower getting stuck in the pond but I'm glad no one got hurt and the mower still works. The best part of this video was watching your daughter videoing you. I hope you show us her footage. Thanks for sharing your family with us.
Glad to have more wholesome content that’s also entertainment. Thanks for sharing man. You’ve got a lot of wisdom that will help a multitude of people. Thanks for being a genuinely good person, good man, good husband, father, and even son. I don’t think I’m mistaken in seeing the example you set. Enjoy your Sabbath.
Hey I just wanted to thank you for being a good father. The words that you’ve preached on teaching and nurturing your kids at a young age is 100% true. I remember being a kid who always wanted to play video games and being locked up in my room, but my dad always wanted me to go do errands such as going to the mail office, going grocery shopping, taking me to his job, teaching how to do construction in a house from flooring work, putting up walls, plumbing and electrician skills. All these stuff he taught me at a young age and I always hated it as a kid, but finally being an adult now I definitely appreciate what my father has taught me and watching this video today really made me appreciate my dad more. You’re a good father without a doubt, thank you. Love the videos and I can’t wait to see more.
dang man... this guy is not only the coolest Boss ever but he's coolest dad ever. His kids are so beyond blessed. Thank you sir for being something that so many in the world don't have. As someone who never had a dad and always had to look to coaches, friends or siblings as father figures I can assure you its absolutely next level what you are doing with your kids. You are a legend. God Bless you brother!
I love watching you perform as an amazing father! You’re lessons that you teach will definitely live on in your grandkids. Ryan you are an amazing guy and I’m greatful for you letting us be a part of it. You inspire me to be a better man than I already am! Thank🙏 you Ryan. Can’t wait til the next episode!

Ryan, I happened onto your channel as you were just starting it. I look forward to each and every one of your videos. I have done a little concrete construction and know the challenges and the sweat. I love your work ethic and the family values you display. You are a blessed man.
Hello Ryan I finally got to catch a vid early 😃 can't wait for the next one 👍🏼 keep up the good work bud 👍🏼 she need a victory style on record keep up the great work young lady I'm sure by no time we'll be seeing you helping out your dad at work 😃

It's 3 AM here, I can't sleep and I'm watching another Victory video :) I like how Ryan takes that extra step to be active in his kids' life. And he's right - kids do remember that. To this day I remember when my father took an interest and started including me in his day-to-day activities. Congrats to your new professional videographer there - soon you will have a new assistant to replace Autumn when she's in college :)

Your kids will learn this respect and be very grateful and will not forget it. Its sad you don’t see these kinds of things much anymore. Much love sir from Orange County, New York
Brother, I know my opinion doesn’t count but this by far has got to be the best video you’ve made! Don’t get me wrong, I love watching y’all sling concrete, but from the laying down of stripes on the lawn to the edging and finally the family and even more so the exhortation for us as fathers to train our children in the fear and admonition of Christ!!! Excellent, excellent, excellent work!!! My hats off to you
Thank you so much for that verse..it was much needed in my life and I feel like it was there for a reason I watch all your videos and that just made it my favorite thank you Ryan
Joanna did an incredible job! I really hope she decides to continue to help with the videos. As always thank you for sharing these great videos with us all.
The fact that you despise mowing, but still go outbid your way to get it done and do a nice job is inspiring. I also can’t wait to take my girls to work with me. They turn 5 on labor day and I always told them they could come with after that milestone age.
I really enjoyed you showing your day to day processes. Maybe you'll be able to post more videos now since you have a videographer and editor 😅. Never would have thought I would enjoy someone do concrete work. Seeing all the squares is so visually appealing.
Wonderful moment at the end with your daughter followed with a passage from the Bible. I’ve been hooked on your videos lately and commenting a lot. You seem like you are really deserving of all of your blessings in life and you remind me of a younger version of my late grandfather that always wore a smile no matter how bad things were and just wanted to put a smile on everyone’s face while taking care of businesss. God is good brother and if I don’t meet you in this life I hope to in the next one
We in lock down again here in NZ and I just got done watching all your vids...Frikin luv em bro...actually was about to comment on your previous vid and this new one popped up.."YES SIR" this is like a tradies tv show..I get to the end of one episode and I gotta watch the next to see how the pour goes..lol...Im a builder by trade and I wish my concrete subbies were as as good and efficient as u guys!!!....I like how you get away with dumping your hard fill on the side of the road...we would get in trouble for doing that here..lol. Keep it up bro ...gona enjoy your latest vid.
You have the nicest family. The way you treat everyone is amazing and the way they treat you is great. You have a great crew with exception to the excuse using Darryl.
I think I like this channel so much because it's just a normal channel. Regular honest American man doing a honest day's work while providing for his family and making a positive difference in his community.
My dad always took me to work, when there were the easier jobs. I'll always remember sitting with him in an excavator and him holding my hands over the controls. I hope I'm in his footsteps in more than just my career in concrete
Hi Ryan, Just wanted to drop a line , Im a huge fan and watch ALL YOUR videos. I used to be a General Contractor Building Decks and specializing in Rehabs of Foreclosed homes in Central and Northern New Jersey. My son RJ started working with me when he was about 13 years old. I paid him as I would any other employee and it taught him some very special ethics he now has as a young adult. I took him on every job and taught him everything I know, He used that experience and is now a General Contract himself , Probably a better one than I was ! God Bless you, your family and your team, as I mentioned Im a huge fan and enjoy watching all your videos, It takes me back to the days when I was running my business , I loved every minute of it !
I love every single video you put out and this one was just as great as the rest. Thank you for taking time out of your day to put these up for the worlds enjoyment. You are awesome, Ryan! I hope you and your family have a wonderful Labor Day weekend - I’m looking forward to the new video!
Ryan, I love your videos "brother"!!! The way you conduct yourself as a human being is second to none sir. Every day you take on the world with all of its problems but you convey it like you haven't a care. I love how you get you entire family involved with the videos, truly memories your children will never forget. In the words of "The Great Joe Dirt"...Keep on with the keeping on!! I love starting my morning out with your videos!!! Happy Labor Day and God Bless
Great video today very inspiring too teach your kids the way of life by working hard! Reminds me of my step dad getting me involved with Heavy equipment construction🚜. He was a foreman and he brought me to work a few summers to learn how too move dirt! Now he’s retired and I am still in the construction trade. Thanks 🙏 this video brought back memories.👍🏼
Your kids face when you said I’ll show you how to edit, that made her day, excellent farther and role model to your kids, total respect brother and hello from the United Kingdom
Wow just amazing, loving your video's. Also like that bible verse, you should start putting new verses on every video! Good way to spread the word :) God bless you and your family, keep it up! All the glory be to God!
Joanna is gonna steal your recording job. She did an amazing job. If she chooses to stick with it she could be and do anything she wanted with her talent. I am a father of five ranging from 2 to 18. The one thing I have learned is spending time with your kids is what helps them to become what they dream to be. With a father or mother by them they build the confidence to be whatever they wanna be. Thank you for sharing your life with all of us from the Chase family.
Respect to you , always having a passion to work and get it done. A boss who works along his team. Good man and father. I remember my dad bringing me to work , always appreciate it which made me be a hard worker. Good videos
People ask, "Whats wrong with kids these days?" People say, "Not enough fathers in the home." Took my kids to mom's house today and went swimming and cooked out. I taught my youngest how to swim. Tomorrow we will be going to the early service at church. There's no substitute for an active, supportive father. Kudos to you.
Man the more i watch ur videos the more i like them ,but this one here is touching cuz the fact that ur spending time w ur daughter is priceless something i never had ... May GOD BLESS U & YOUR FAMILY FOR YEARS TO COME 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
Way cool to see your precious young ones man. Good dad! Happy to see your channel growing. Darryl and his recent mowing issues man. Geez bro, how much “garbage problems” do you make Darryl? Hahahhaa. Loved the verse at the end man. Needed that today. Blessings brother.
You are a great father indeed man, nothin like it. I bet u struggle as everyone else but you choose to turn it into something positive every time. Amazin peace of mind and stoic essence of life. role model nr1
Hey Ryan this is an oldie but goodie it's kind of like seeing you in your UA-cam beginnings, I began viewing about half year ago you seemed pretty seasoned, I got to tell you I'm so glad to see you mowing😮 hah! it was great fun thank you Ryan😊
Love the videos and love seeing how you treat family and everyone you come into contact with, you truly are letting your light shine on those you interact with, your the type of guy this world needs more of
Love the video, but absolutely love how you lead by example in this one! It's so great to see the interaction you had with her and the lessons you share about parenting! God bless!!

You can tell just by how invested his kids are when they’re around him. He’s earned all our respects.
the scene of you and your daughter editing together was so wholesome
Was just about to comment this... that was wholesome
Such a good skill to teach your kids in my opinion(as a teenager) the power of being able to create content is a really nice thing.
Yeah mighta teard up seeing that then the bible verse
Good stuff. My greatest accomplishment in my whole life is my children and their mother
You can tell she loves her dad so much. She laughs every time Ryan interacts with her. How parenting should be!
Seeing you with your daughter makes me slow down and realize that I need to take more time and do that with mine as well. Thank you!
You are welcome, thank you for watching.
almost started crying towards the end, I wish I had a father figure like this. also great job to Joanna, she did an amazing job filming!

Man, what a blessed family
Notification Squad! Good evening Ryan! Good to see you man! Love the vlogs and showing how your business is ran!
Respect man. Seems like a good kid. No complaining, just happy to spend time with pops.

Ik I’m only 17 but your vids are what keep me motivated to show up to work and school I have no idea why😅
Thank you.
Love this channel. All the good values I was never taught, but learned for myself by the grace of God.
Touching video in all respects. Thanks Ryan
Daryl on another level lmfaoo
Joanna is gonna steal your recording job. She did an amazing job. If she chooses to stick with it she could be and do anything she wanted with her talent. I am a father of five ranging from 2 to 18. The one thing I have learned is spending time with your kids is what helps them to become what they dream to be. With a father or mother by them they build the confidence to be whatever they wanna be. Thank you for sharing your life with all of us from the Chase family.
Great video, I would love to see you interview your employees more. Like Bugs for instance. Why did these guys get into this trade.
Respect to you , always having a passion to work and get it done. A boss who works along his team. Good man and father. I remember my dad bringing me to work , always appreciate it which made me be a hard worker. Good videos
People ask, "Whats wrong with kids these days?"
People say, "Not enough fathers in the home."
Took my kids to mom's house today and went swimming and cooked out. I taught my youngest how to swim. Tomorrow we will be going to the early service at church.
There's no substitute for an active, supportive father. Kudos to you.
cool story bro could you tell it again?
@@browndumpling1232 😅😅😅😅😅😅😅
There is also the problem of fathers who are around but are also a**holes
dont waste time at church and money too

Way cool to see your precious young ones man. Good dad! Happy to see your channel growing. Darryl and his recent mowing issues man. Geez bro, how much “garbage problems” do you make Darryl? Hahahhaa. Loved the verse at the end man. Needed that today. Blessings brother.
He is 2/2 with landscaping mishaps. Never forget “why’s he get to mow”. LOL
You are a great father indeed man, nothin like it. I bet u struggle as everyone else but you choose to turn it into something positive every time. Amazin peace of mind and stoic essence of life. role model nr1
I wonder what kind of dirt Daryl has on Ryan to keep his job
I was just thinking the same thing. Around here we call people like him a brick. 🤦♂️

@@babyosama2169 Ryan is suspect. 😂
🤣🤣. I agree , some of the things I see Daryl do makes me think C’MON MAN 🤔
Hey Ryan this is an oldie but goodie it's kind of like seeing you in your UA-cam beginnings, I began viewing about half year ago you seemed pretty seasoned, I got to tell you I'm so glad to see you mowing😮 hah! it was great fun thank you Ryan😊
Love the videos and love seeing how you treat family and everyone you come into contact with, you truly are letting your light shine on those you interact with, your the type of guy this world needs more of
Ryan you should make a channel dedicated to landscaping we would love to see it
If he did that he'd literally have no time for anything. This man puts it in

Man what’s going on with Daryl lately? Come on!
Love the video, but absolutely love how you lead by example in this one! It's so great to see the interaction you had with her and the lessons you share about parenting!
God bless!!
