Actually, what Mr Vohra said, makes sense because Trudeau was reluctant to stay in the accomodation provided by the G20 host India. Also, he did not want to change the airplane when his own malfunctioned.
Arrogant and very entitled Justin Trudeau's mother, Margaret was quite a partier and a pot head! So with this background, it is quite possible that egotistical and jet-setting Justin was high on cocaine as has been alleged.
Because he was justifiable cautious about what was being offered, any visiting politician would do the same. This accusation is juvenile nonsense.

anyway, her air force one type plane malfunctioned and the pilot had to dump some ungodly amount of Kerosin into the ocean and did an emergency landing in Dubai. when her pilot asked her If she would be willing to travel on 1st class to support her side in that ballgame event with her inspiring presence and cheering on, she declined, surprising some, not others. attempting the journey at her behest, the same thing happened again, creating a spectacular level environmental desaster for our virtue signaling green starlet with a twist.
perhaps Trudy and her could party together in the future...to cap the burden on taxpayers. I'm sure macron, richie, Kamala Harris and Sam Brinton as well as the feather man and hunter would also be up for some levity, especially if benefitting the taxpayers in these hard and trying times where people have problems making ends meet.
