Missed the livestream and checked until 12:09 pm. Then figured no live today. Wish we’d have a little more heads up on these. Years ago there were bra strap stays made of thin twill tape and and snaps already sewn on. One just sewed it to the shoulder seam.
Hello, from U.K. I have purchased a few tops with the little press studs on already in the past. They seem to have stopped doing them now. I think it’s because like most manufacturers they want to cut back on those extras. I am really glad that more people will do this because off you.
Love the Shirt on you, looks fantastic. Bummed I missed the Livestream and I was watching for it too...lol. Will watch replay. Thank you Angela! Have a good day!
I had to catch the replay. I think Im reaching the end of my project. I’ve been making the Bootstrap fashion pants form. Just need to measure myself and the form and make corrections and stuff it again. It’s just getting too hard at 70 to fit myself with all that stooping, bending, and twisting. Plus I can see what looks good & what doesn’t. Plus hemming a shift dress.
Thanks for this great video 💕 I am wondering though, is this maybe a cultural thingy to hide the bra straps? I totally agree with you when I am at the theatre or any other formal occasion, but in my free time? I'm not concerned at all if my bra straps show or not. BTW, I'm in Germany ☺
@@AngelaWolf Thx for your reply! Jusat thinking about a shirt with a u-boat-neckline, where I "constantly" move the strap under that little shoulder seam. Maybe I just should consider a bra straß instead 😁
I was so disappointed with the demonstration. Have no idea what you are doing, friend. Wish you had used a real bra strap and a real blouse to demonstrate the exact steps.
Great idea for bra straps. Thank you
You are so welcome!
This is pretty darn smart.

Done it yesterday! I swear! 😂

Great to see you even on the replay Dee :)
It was coho derby weekend last weekend in Sheboygan, WI. Lots of boats out on the lake!

Why did you cover the straps with your hair? Totally couldn't see anything

I just wanted them hidden because of the wide neckline and it keeps my shoulder seams up LOL!
